Valleverde: La Villa
The Valleverde complex consists of a main building and three outbuildings. MAIN BUILDING. A few meters from the entrance gate is the ground-floor entrance with a large living room with dining table and a sitting room with fireplace that enjoys double access with glass doors overlooking the surrounding garden. A large hallway leads to the professionally equipped kitchen. A reception area and a guest bathroom complete the floor. Adjacent to the reception area are stairs up to the second floor with the sleeping area consisting of three double bedrooms (one with a divisible bed) with en suite bathroom with shower, a master bedroom (with divisible bed) and a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) sharing a bathroom with shower.
BUILDING 1. It consists of a large dining room with kitchenette and three large double bedrooms (two of which have divisible beds) with en suite bathroom with shower. It has a furnished porch with exit from both the kitchen and one of the rooms. BUILDING 2. It consists of a kitchenette with access to a furnished porch, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. BUILDING 3. It is accessed via a five-step raised entrance and consists of a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms with divisible beds, and two adjoining bathrooms with shower.
The facility has a total overnight capacity of 30 people.

Park
The fully enclosed garden stretches over an acre and blends harmoniously with the surrounding Tuscan landscape. A variety of Mediterranean plants, olive trees and flowering shrubs create a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Each apartment has its own green space equipped with outdoor furniture, while common areas include a dining area with a double barbecue, a shaded gazebo, and a sun terrace.
The gravel parking area can accommodate more than 20 cars in natural shade.
Please note that the photos are taken in spring, so during the flowering period, and the colors of the grass in the gardens may be different by the time you arrive at the villa.

Swimming pool
The fenced swimming pool is located near the main villa and has an additional shallow pool for small children: rectangular shape; size 14 x 10 m with a constant depth of 1.2 m; chlorine purification; interior steps for access; blue tile lining.
The surrounding sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds, chairs, tables, a gazebo, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
